What we’ve built, and what it actually took.

Two case studies. One is a client engagement with a clearly bounded scope. The other is our own brand — which is where most of what we know came from, and why we’re comfortable saying it out loud.

Context

A serious organisation with no way to be found.

Krishak Shakti is a Farmer Producer Company founded by a group of former civil servants. After long careers in government service, they chose to return to the land their families came from — with the aim of making farming viable, profitable and internationally competitive rather than merely subsistent.

The organisation works on reinventing traditional agricultural processes, adopting innovative practices, improving productivity, building sustainable value chains, and creating marketing routes that connect quality produce to wider markets. It was formed with the involvement of several respected senior IAS officers.

What it did not have was anywhere on the internet that explained any of this.

The challenge

Translating a mission into a page.

The difficulty here isn’t visual. It’s editorial. A Farmer Producer Company is a genuinely complex thing — part agricultural operation, part institution, part market-access mechanism — and the people it needs to reach are not one audience. Farmers, institutional partners and buyers all arrive with different questions.

So the problem was one of ordering and hierarchy: what has to be understood first, what can wait, and how to say something substantial without flattening it into slogans.

The opportunity

A foundation, not a brochure.

A first website is worth treating as infrastructure rather than a one-off. The organisation’s ambitions are long-term, so the site needed to hold what exists today and have obvious room for what comes next — more produce lines, more partners, more of the story as it develops.

What we built

The website, and the structure under it.

We designed and developed the site: the structure and page architecture, the way the organisation’s purpose and work are presented, and a clean, modern build that reads properly on a phone — which, for most of the people this organisation deals with, is the only screen that matters.

The result is a clear, credible online identity that the organisation controls and can point people to.

Where it stands

An honest note on outcomes.

This was a website engagement. We established a professional digital foundation for the organisation — we did not run its marketing, and we’re not going to attach numbers to work that didn’t produce them.

The site is live. The most useful thing we can tell you is to go and look at it.

Brand
Forgals — built and run by us
What we did
Brand building, social media, content, growth — all of it
01 — Starting from zero

Nobody was watching.

There was no audience. No following. No existing digital presence, and no reason for anyone to care that another clothing label had appeared.

The question was never “how do we get more followers.” It was harder than that: how do you build attention and trust around a brand nobody has heard of? Attention you can buy. Trust has to be earned in public, slowly, in front of people who owe you nothing.

02 — The content engine

Publishing as a way of finding out.

We treated content as the research, not the output. Experiment with formats. Watch what happens. Keep what holds attention, drop what doesn’t, and do it again next week — for long enough that the results start meaning something.

That meant learning to tell the brand’s story in a way that worked on a platform where nobody is obliged to keep watching, and being willing to be wrong about our own good ideas.

Illustrative, not measured. Most of what you publish does ordinary numbers. Occasionally something doesn’t — and you only find out which by publishing enough to learn the difference. Consistency isn’t a virtue here; it’s the mechanism.
03 — Finding attention

Some of it broke out.

Multiple Forgals videos reached millions of views. That wasn’t one lucky post — it was the product of enough attempts, made consistently, that the ones which worked had a chance to.

Those videos became a real part of the brand’s growth: they brought people who had never heard of Forgals into contact with it, at a scale no budget we had could have bought.

04 — Building an audience

From an empty account to 15,000+ followers.

The account is public and it is still running. If you want to know whether we can do this, the most direct way to find out is to look at the thing we did.

05 — Building the business

Attention only counts if it turns into something.

Forgals went from ₹0 to more than ₹1 crore in revenue in roughly a year. The followers mattered because they converted — into orders, into repeat customers, into a brand people could name.

This is where our experience comes from. We have personally gone from no audience to attention, from no awareness to a brand people recognise, and from zero revenue to a business — and we know which parts of that were skill and which were simply doing the work for long enough.
