Most agencies sell you a plan. We’d already had to live with one.
Forgals was ours. We put the money in, made the decisions, and found out — publicly, and sometimes expensively — which of our ideas were any good. There was no client to hand the problem back to.
That year taught us how much of brand building is unglamorous: posting when nothing is working, rewriting a caption for the fifth time, and admitting that a format you liked isn’t the one people watch.
It also taught us the parts that compound. A clear position is worth more than a bigger budget. Consistency beats intensity. And attention only matters if it eventually turns into someone buying something.
DigiKrish is us taking that to other companies — particularly the ones who already have a good business and just haven’t been able to make the internet notice.
